reading log for kids

At home, we all read. My brother, my sister and me – we love to read. It’s an everyday normal for us. Even when we have school, we try to read 20-30 pages of a book every day, or my parents read to us before bedtime. We all go to the library on the weekends sometimes, but we also buy the books we like. I think most of the time, I like reading mysteries more than anything else. We share our books too, we have a home library and I read my brother’s books from when he was my age, and I’m going to keep them for my little sister when she grows up.

My mom created this Reading Log Printable for us to use to keep a list of all the books we are reading every week. The list starts every Monday and we three get a separate one every week. We keep them on the refrigerator and check off the boxes when we have finished reading for the day. We also add any new words we learned that week to the bottom of the sheet. My mom keeps track of the books my sister reads every week and my brother and I make our own lists.

I’ve read many books and I have a list of them too because I save these sheets every week. After a few more weeks of ticking off books, I will share my favorite book series or books with you. In the meantime, you’re welcome to download my Reading Log Printable for free.

Once you confirm your email, you’ll get a link to download your free Reading Log Printable or save it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have 🙂
